Faculty advisors are expected to be available during their students’ presentations to serve as session moderators. If an advisor is unable to moderate, a substitute moderator must be designated in the submission form.
In some cases, a member of the URSCA Committee may serve as a session moderator; however, this must be arranged in advance with the URSCA committee chair before submitting the presentation.
Faculty advisors moderating hybrid sessions should ensure that both they and their student presenters are familiar with the presentation and moderation functions in Zoom.
For any questions about the event, please contact the URSCA Committee chair, Dr. Shuting Xu (sxu [at] ggc.edu).
