Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) will celebrate the achievements of its graduates during the Spring 2026 Commencement Ceremonies at the GGC Convocation Center. Faculty and staff play a vital role in creating a meaningful, welcoming and well-coordinated experience for our graduates and their guests.
To assist with planning, faculty and staff may confirm their participation by submitting the appropriate online form linked below no later than 5 p.m. Monday, April 20.

GGC Convocation Center, Arena Bowl
Morning Ceremony – 10 a.m.
- School of Education
- School of Health Sciences
- School of Science and Technology
Afternoon Ceremony – 2 p.m.
- School of Business
- School of Liberal Arts
Rehearsal (select roles only)
- Thursday, May 14, a calendar invite will be sent closer to commencement.
- GGC Convocation Center, Arena Bowl
- Note: Only faculty standard bearers, announcers and the mace bearer are asked to attend.
Parking, staging and venue policies
- Faculty staging: Building H lobby
- Faculty and staff participating in both ceremonies may park in the H Lot
- Public Safety will enforce the Clear Bag Policy and prohibited items for all guests and participants
