Student Housing is looking for faculty and staff volunteers to help welcome our new students during Move-In 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, and Friday, Aug. 7.
Individuals and departments are invited to volunteer in 2-hour shifts, and you’re welcome to sign up for multiple shifts if your schedule allows.
Department Challenge: The department with the highest number of volunteer shifts logged during Move-In will receive a top recognition incentive.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Volunteer check-in
- Cart assistants
- Golf cart drivers (Georgia Gwinnett College certification required)
- Moving crew
- Parking lot directors
