As part of our continued commitment to transparency and continuous improvement, Human Resources is pleased to share a final update on our ePerformance completion progress.
We set an institutional goal of 90% completion by April 30, 2026. While we did not fully reach that goal, we are proud to share that we achieved 87% completion across the institution.
Most notably, this represents significant progress, surpassing our previous high of 66% completion and demonstrating meaningful growth in engagement across departments.
This is a strong accomplishment, and we appreciate the collective effort that made this progress possible.
What this means
- We made substantial progress as an institution
- Many departments achieved high levels of completion
- We continue building a culture of accountability, feedback, and development
Looking ahead: 2026 goal setting
As we close out this cycle, we now turn our focus to the upcoming year. All 2026 goals should be entered into the ePerformance system by July 31, 2026.
Setting goals supports:
- Clear expectations
- Stronger alignment with institutional priorities
- Ongoing performance and development conversations
