Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) is pleased to announce Dr. Leslie Bozeman as the new director of Internationalization, effective Aug. 25, 2025. She will report to Dr. Justin Jernigan, associate professor of linguistics and interim associate provost for academic programs.
In the director role, Bozeman will be a visionary leader for the college in developing, implementing and maintaining programs and services that support GGC’s internationalization efforts, to include internationalizing the curriculum, providing education abroad and international exchange opportunities, and collaborating with teams across campus on international programming.
Dr. Bozeman comes to GGC from Indiana University (IU) Indianapolis, where she served as the director of Curriculum Internationalization, leading capacity-building initiatives for global learning across the university’s academic schools and division of Student Affairs. She also served as administrative director of the IU Leadership Institute in Civic Engagement and has previous internationalization experience at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Bozeman earned a doctorate in higher education administration from Boston College, with a concentration in international higher education.
