Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) believes professional growth belongs to everyone and is committed to building opportunities that reach every member of our campus community. This summer and fall, it will launch the Leading the Way: Supervisory Learning Series, a structured professional development program designed specifically for GGC supervisors and managers.
Spanning four targeted courses from June through October, the series equips leaders with practical, compliance-grounded skills in employee relations, reasonable accommodation and building positive workplace cultures. Whether you are new to a supervisory role or a seasoned manager looking to sharpen your toolkit, there is something in this series for you.
Each session runs 90 minutes, making it easy to fit professional development into a busy workday. All sessions are offered twice to maximize scheduling flexibility.
