Planning for the Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) 2026 Fall Kickoff is underway, and Human Resources (HR) is excited to once again bring the campus community together for this signature event.
The Fall Kickoff will take place 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14, welcoming faculty, staff and students from across GGC. A central highlight of the event is the Resource Fair, designed to showcase the wide range of programs, services and opportunities available to support our campus community.
HR invites departments, offices and schools to host a resource table and feature how your area serves GGC. This is a valuable opportunity to connect directly with faculty, staff and students, increase awareness of your services and promote engagement across campus.
Ideas for your resource table
Get creative! You may consider including:
- Flyers, brochures or informational materials
- Interactive games or activities
- Giveaways, swag or snacks
- Demonstrations or hands-on experiences
- Any other engaging ideas that highlight your work
Event details and logistics
- Tables and basic setup will be coordinated with Facilities
- Participating departments are responsible for bringing tablecloths and all display materials
How to participate
To host a resource table, complete the 2026 Fall Kickoff Resource Fair Table Registration Form by Friday, July 31, 2026.
Information sessions
HR will offer 20-minute information sessions during the week of Aug. 3-7 to review event logistics and answer questions. Additional details will be shared after you sign up. Attendance at one session is sufficient.
