Based on the new rule on digital accessibility shared in the Feb. 20 issue of Inside GGC, all web content must meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards by April 24, 2026.
Toward that end, Communications has added new verbiage to specific Communications Request forms requiring verification that your attachments meet these standards.
To aid in this verification, please include your accessibility report for the following tickets:
- Inside GGC (Word and PDF files)
- Web Content (PDF files)
The accessibility report for your documents can be downloaded from Panorama/DocHub after using its accessibility checker. Follow instructions from the Help Desk to learn how.
