The University System of Georgia (USG) will hold a public launch of the new Unified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program during a virtual town hall April 16. In preparation for the 2028 go-live date, all faculty and staff may attend.

An ERP system is the technology platform that supports many of the everyday business and human resources processes we rely on across the USG, which currently uses systems such as OneUSG Connect and GeorgiaFIRST. The new system will help employees and managers complete tasks like:

  • Submitting timesheets and time entry
  • Requesting and approving leave
  • Managing travel and expense reimbursements
  • Supporting recruitment and hiring
  • Processing HR transactions
  • Handling financial and business operations
  • Completing staff performance evaluations and documenting faculty performance

The Unified ERP Program will create a more consistent, streamlined and user-friendly experience for employees and managers.
