How to Make an Appointment

If you do not yet have a Medicat Patient Portal account, you will need to register using your GGC email address and information as it appears in Banner by choosing "sign up." Once you have registered an account with your username and have created a password, you can see availability and schedule appointments online. Should you need to cancel an appointment, please just log back in and cancel from the portal.

• Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your medical forms.
• Bring your Claw Card.

Please cancel or reschedule appointments via the online patient portal within 24 hours of your appointment.

Health Services needs a consent form (PDF) signed by parent or guardian, before scheduling an appointment or administering treatment to students under 18 years old.

The consent form can be picked up in the office, or printed in advance.
