Things to Know

Read the information provided in each section before submitting a request.

  • Promotional Campaigns
  • Editorial Services (such as newsletters, Inside GGC, News & Notables)
  • Event Promotion and Digital Signage
  • Graphic Design / Artwork Approvals (includes tiered logo requests)
  • Print Publications
  • Photography and Photo Gallery Services
  • Social Media Support (create accounts, promote events on GGC social channels)
  • Website and Web Content (web content requests, directory profile updates, web presence in general)
  • Unsure about what you need? Submit the General Inquiry Form to get started.
  • Issue with attachments? Submit the form first, then email the attachment(s) to communications [at] ggc.edu (communications[at]ggc[dot]edu) with your ticket number.
  • All submissions are handled through a work management ticketing system. You'll receive all communications and updates through that system. Training is available if needed.
  • Typical lead time: At least 20 working days, excluding printing or specialty item production.
  • Larger projects: May require 2–3 months lead time.
  • Last-minute requests: Considered case-by-case and must align with communications priorities.
  • Creative services are free, but you may be responsible for production costs (e.g., printing, event materials, advertising). Use the General Inquiry Form to request estimates.
  • All requests must be approved by your supervisor, and funding must be allocated before work begins.
  • Single point of contact: Each department should designate one person to coordinate with the Communications team.
  • All status updates and communications will happen via the ticketing system—no need for separate follow-up channels. Training will be provided if needed.
