Elizabeth Ippich Moore

Elizabeth Ippich Moore oversees the daily operations of the Wellness and Recreation Center and the Convocation Center Fitness Area. She manages a diverse team, ensures safe and efficient facility operations, and leads staff training and professional development initiatives.

In addition to operational leadership, Moore serves as digital content manager for the department’s website and oversees its social media strategy. She develops and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote programs, events and wellness initiatives, analyzing engagement data to refine strategies and increase student participation.
She is passionate about combining strategic marketing, student engagement and operational excellence to create inclusive, dynamic wellness programs for the campus community.
