Floor Plans, Rates and Fees

GGC Housing Rates, Fees and Floor Plans Academic Year 2022-2023

Rates and fees are per resident, per semester and approved by the University System of Georgia Board of Regents. Utilities included: electricity, water, cable TV and internet.

All residents are required to have an Access 7 meal plan through Grizzly Dining. The $250 housing application fee is non-refundable and must be submitted with your application.
