Based on the forecast, Georgia Gwinnett College will modify operations. On Friday, Jan. 23, GGC will operate on a normal schedule. Resident students who are able to travel safely are strongly encouraged to depart campus after their last class on Friday and return home for the weekend before weather conditions deteriorate. GGC Floor Plans, Rates and Fees

GGC Housing Rates, Fees and Floor Plans Academic Year 2025-2026

Rates and fees are per resident, per semester and approved by the University System of Georgia Board of Regents. Utilities included: electricity, water, cable TV and Wi-Fi.

All residents are required to have an Access 7 meal plan through Grizzly Dining. The $250 housing application fee is non-refundable and must be submitted with your application.
