Summer Housing Options
2026 Summer Rates and Fees
Rates and fees are per resident, per semester and approved by the University System of Georgia Board of Regents. Utilities included: electricity, water, cable TV and Wi-Fi.
All residents are required to have a summer resident meal plan through Grizzly Dining. No application fee is required for summer. Contact Financial Aid about Pell Grant availability. Choose your session at reduced summer rates.
Session A or Session B
Session B: June 23 – July 24
• $0 application fee
• $637 housing rate
• $35 communication fee
• $643 summer meal plan
• Total: $1,264 per resident / per session
Full Session
• $0 application fee
• $1,274 housing rate
• $70 communication fee
• $1,286 summer meal plan
• Total: $2,528 per resident / per session
