Student reported someone had vandalized their vehicle while it was parked and unoccupied. Officers responded to the scene. Someone had dropped their cup of coffee on the ground. The coffee had splashed onto the victim's vehicle. This does not appear to be a criminal act. This case is closed, Inactive/Suspended.
