Student reported the theft of lost or mislaid property. This case is under investigation.

GGC Police Department received information from Gwinnett County Police Dispatch regarding a subject they had on a telephone call. The subject claimed to be enroute to two different USG institutions with weapons to conduct a shooting. On-duty officer obtained as much information as possible. Then made appropriate notifications their chain-of-command that led to communication of the threat to each institution. The officer followed up by conducting patrols throughout the GGC campus with the assistance from the Lawrenceville Police Department. No incident occurred on the GGC campus related to this threat.

Report of a missing person. An investigation was conducted. It appears this subject is not missing. There is no evidence of abduction. It appears this was a planned departure.

Report of stalking received from a student/resident. According to the complainant/victim, her ex-boyfriend has been trying to communicate with her via social media and entered the 1000 dormitory unlawfully to make contact at her suite. The complainant could not provide any information about the ex-boyfriend, except for a nickname. An investigation was conducted. The subject was identified as a former GGC student. He was issued a criminal trespass warning. The victim refused to prosecute.

An officer was conducting foot patrol in the A-building. Damage to an interior wall was discovered. An investigation was started. This case remains open.

Report of a fight between student residents. An investigation was conducted. An arrest warrant was obtained for one of the student residents for battery.

Officers responded to a trespassing subject in the 1000 dormitory. A student/resident opened a stairwell exit door to provide access to the building to a subject. The subject was located. The subject received a criminal trespass warning and was escorted from the campus.

Officer responded to a single vehicle wreck on Collins Industrial Way. The driver was cited and released.

Officers responded to a group of subjects in the 1000 parking lot in a dispute. It was reported that one of the subjects may have been in possession of a firearm. This case is under investigation.

A health and wellness inspection was conducted by the Housing Department. Officers were contacted when a weapon was located in the dormitory. This case was investigated and will be forwarded to Student Integrity.

Reported theft by a subject claiming his Starbucks account was fraudulently accessed at the Starbucks located in the campus library. This case is now closed, Inactive/Suspended.

Officer was dispatched to a injured subject on Collins Industrial Way. Upon arrival, the subject was already being attended by EMS. The officer was informed that a possible hit and run just occurred striking the subject causing injury. Investigation found no evidence of a hit and run. This case is closed, Inactive/Suspended.

Student reported witnessing a male subject masturbating in the library. This case is under investigation.
