About Nexus Degrees

Nexus degrees prepare GGC students for in-demand careers through both traditional classroom and extensive hands-on experiences from top-rated industry-expert educators and partners.

A nexus degree requires fewer credit hours than a four-year degree – much like an associates degree – but includes some of the beneficial attributes of experiential learning and upper-division coursework typical of bachelor’s degrees.

Students who wish to continue their educational journey may also apply their nexus degree credits toward a four-year bachelor’s degree in a related program of study. No matter your chosen path – nexus or four-year degree – you’ll have access to GGC’s award-winning Student Success resources and academic support.
