Georgia Gwinnett College recognizes that an ethical, efficient and effective work environment is essential to the successful accomplishment of our mission.

As a result, we have always placed a high priority on assuring that each member of our college community has the opportunity and means to convey their concerns about any matter that could compromise that environment. Reporting issues through your supervisory chain usually produces the most thorough and timely resolution of a matter and is the routine procedure in most cases.

However, if you feel uncomfortable speaking up within your department, we offer other options for voicing your concerns. You may contact the hotline coordinator at 678.407.5154, or you may report your concerns anonymously through a hotline reporting service at 877.516.3433, which is provided by an independent company, Global Compliance. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and allows you to voice your concerns and to remain anonymous if you prefer.

Of special concern are instances of fraud, waste or abuse, as well as harassment of any kind, given that they so directly affect our stewardship responsibilities and the well-being of individuals within our campus community.

The Reporting Hotline

The hotline is more than an instrument through which individuals can report issues of suspected fraud, waste or abuse. We also solicit questions, comments and feedback about areas that could be streamlined and made more efficient and effective.

Your input is essential to ensure that the College maintains a positive, productive workplace. This is your system, and we encourage you to use it.

After processing the report, Global Compliance will provide the information to the hotline coordinator at 678.407.5154 for appropriate action. Reports submitted to Global Compliance will be handled promptly and discreetly. Retaliation of any kind will not be tolerated.

Global Compliance is not a 911 or emergency service.

Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
