GGC biochemistry graduate learned how to roll with the changes

Bachelor of Science in Biology, biochemistry concentration

Nolberto Sanchez credits his professors for guiding him through the most challenging parts of his journey at GGC.

“They have taught me far beyond the scope of academia,” Sanchez said. “I can’t put it into words, but as the years continue, I will try to express my gratitude and honor them by leaving those I encounter better than when I met them, as they have all done with me.”

GGC education graduate found her calling

Bachelor of Science in Education

“That first semester tested every ounce of my resolve,” she said.

Amazingly, the pandemic that threatened to derail her education led her to her true calling. From medical aspirations to teaching, Yoonas switched gears to enroll in GGC’s School of Education (SOE).

Then he enrolled at GGC.

“The smaller class sizes at GGC enabled me to receive one-on-one instruction from the professors, which was extremely beneficial.”
