Graduates will be notified via Claw Mail when diplomas are available to pick up (approximately 6-8 weeks after the official graduate date). Graduates may pick up diplomas in Building D. A picture ID is required for retrieval.
An alternate person may be designated to pick up your diploma, but only with written authorization. Please send requests from your student email (Claw Mail) with your name, student number and authorized person’s name to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your authorized person must show a picture ID when picking up your diploma.
If you’ve elected to have your diploma mailed, please be aware that it will be mailed with a “Certified Mail Receipt” and “Return Receipt” that require a signature to release. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the postal service will leave notice for pick-up at your main post office.
Please note: Degree requirements must be certified by the Registrar and all financial obligations to the college met. Diplomas are held for one year after which a replacement diploma must be ordered.
