Things to Know

Before submitting a request, please read each section carefully.

  • With the exception of a new Help Desk ticket, all IT requests must be submitted by a member of the GGC Faculty of Staff.  
  • Some requests may require Supervisor approval.
  • Some request may require more information such as a business need or reason.

Adobe Acrobat Pro License

Adobe Acrobat supports creating, editing, and sharing PDFs. It also has signature functionality that allows users to sign, request, and track signature flows.

By faculty request, Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) is available for students to complete classwork for the semester.

Book a consultation with an IT member for assistance or training on topics like MyCourses, digital accessibility, Microsoft 365, or classroom technology.

Request changes to IT Services webpages. Changes includes link updates, spelling and grammar fixes, etc.
